What is a Virtual Assistant?

To put it simply, a Virtual Assistant is an administrative contractor that works separately from the office. When you hire an administrative employee, you need to keep in mind:

  • Calculating Payroll Deductions

  • Training and Retention
  • Providing Office Space


When you hire a Virtual Assistant, they take care of those variables themselves. You just pay a bill.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, cheque, or electronic funds transfer (e-transfer).

What is your hourly rate?

My hourly rate is $25.00 but can vary depending on the size of your project. 

Where is your office located?

My physical office is located near Camlachie, Ontario. But I can work from any location.

What are your hours?

Working virtually allows me to be very flexible with my hours. I do not have a set schedule, instead I work as my clients require.

Are there any tasks you don't do?

While I am able to organize your financial documents, I prefer to leave accounting related matters to the professionals. I can offer great references if you require accounting services.

What is your project turnaround time?

That depends entirely on the size and details of the project. We can discuss your deadline requirements and plan from there.
